1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 77bro website located at https://77bro.io, including all sub-pages, features, services, games, betting markets, account functions, and mobile browser interfaces.
• "77bro", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the 77bro platform.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who has registered for, or is using, an account on the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the Platform, through which the Player may access betting markets, casino games, and wallet functions.
• "Wallet" means the BDT-denominated account balance held within a Player's 77bro Account.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or cashback amounts credited to a Player's Account as part of a 77bro promotional offer, which are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity verification and proof of payment method ownership.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total value of bets that must be placed using Bonus Funds before those funds, or any winnings derived from them, become eligible for withdrawal.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh, denoted by the ৳ symbol.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the time zone in which 77bro support and operations are based.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the 77bro Platform, including browsing the site, creating an Account, depositing funds, placing bets, or playing any casino game, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the 77bro Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all Players regardless of where they are located within Bangladesh, including Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh. If at any time you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact support at support [@] 77bro.io to arrange account closure.

77bro reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. See Section 16 for the full amendment procedure.

3 Eligibility

3.1 Minimum Age

Use of the 77bro Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are aged 21 years or older. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. 77bro will conduct age verification checks as part of the KYC process. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all activity voided, and any remaining balance forfeited.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

It is the sole responsibility of each Player to ensure that their use of the 77bro Platform complies with applicable laws in their jurisdiction. 77bro makes no representation that the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction outside of its area of operation. If you are unsure whether online gambling is permitted under the laws applicable to you, you should seek independent legal advice before using the Platform.

3.3 Excluded Persons

The following persons are not eligible to hold a 77bro Account or participate in any betting or gaming activity on the Platform:

• Individuals under the age of 21;
• Individuals who are currently subject to a self-exclusion order on the 77bro Platform;
• Employees, contractors, agents, or affiliates of 77bro, or immediate family members of the same;
• Individuals acting on behalf of another person for the purpose of circumventing these eligibility requirements.

4 Account Registration

4.1 One Account Per Player

Each Player may hold only one Account on the 77bro Platform. Only one Account is permitted per person, per household address, per device, per IP address, and per payment method. Opening multiple Accounts — whether to circumvent a suspension, to claim duplicate bonuses, or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of all funds held within them.

4.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You must keep this information current at all times. If 77bro discovers that registration information is false, incomplete, or outdated, your Account may be suspended pending verification or permanently closed.

4.3 KYC Verification

77bro reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) at any time, including at the point of registration, before processing any withdrawal, or when suspicious account activity is detected. KYC documentation may include, but is not limited to, a government-issued photo identification document, proof of residential address, and proof of ownership of the payment method(s) used on the Account. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable time may result in Account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

4.4 Account Credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. 77bro will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify 77bro support immediately at support [@] 77bro.io.

5 Account Security

77bro employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all Platform connections and provides optional two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS for all Accounts. Players are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA to reduce the risk of unauthorised access.

77bro will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive any communication purporting to be from 77bro that requests your password or full payment method details, you should treat it as fraudulent and report it to support [@] 77bro.io immediately.

77bro reserves the right to suspend or lock an Account at any time if unusual or potentially fraudulent activity is detected, pending investigation. In such cases, 77bro will notify the Account holder via the registered contact details and provide a procedure for account reinstatement if the activity is confirmed to be legitimate.

6 Deposits and Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

77bro accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available payment methods may change from time to time. The current list of accepted payment methods is displayed within the Player's Account dashboard.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

• Maximum single withdrawal: Subject to the limits specified within the Player's Account dashboard, which may vary by payment method and account verification status.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by the 77bro payments team during operating hours (BST, UTC+6). Mobile banking withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically processed within 2–24 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where KYC verification is outstanding.

6.4 Currency and Conversion

All 77bro Wallet balances are held in BDT. No currency conversion is applied to BDT deposits or withdrawals. If a payment method operates in a foreign currency, any conversion fee is the sole responsibility of the Player and is not covered by 77bro.

6.5 Source of Funds

By making a deposit, you warrant that the funds you are depositing are from a legitimate source and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity. 77bro may request evidence of source of funds as part of enhanced due diligence procedures. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in withdrawal restrictions and Account suspension.

6.6 Withdrawal Method Matching

For anti-money-laundering compliance purposes, withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used to make the corresponding deposit, up to the amount deposited via that method. Any remaining balance may be withdrawn via a Player's primary registered payment method as confirmed during KYC.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All promotions, bonuses, free bets, and special offers made available by 77bro are subject to specific terms stated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion only.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Until the wagering requirement is fully met, Bonus Funds and associated winnings are non-withdrawable.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

77bro reserves the right to void any bonus and withhold any associated winnings if there is evidence that a Player is exploiting promotional offers, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine play risk, coordinated multi-account bonus abuse, or any pattern of wagering that 77bro determines is inconsistent with genuine entertainment-oriented play. Accounts confirmed to be engaged in bonus abuse will be subject to permanent suspension.

7.4 Promotion Amendments and Cancellation

77bro reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with a minimum of 48 hours' advance notice to affected Players. If a promotion is cancelled, any Bonus Funds already credited to a Player's Account in connection with that promotion will be removed. Real-money funds deposited in connection with a cancelled promotion are not affected and remain available for withdrawal subject to standard verification procedures.

8 Betting Rules

8.1 Acceptance of Bets

77bro reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed on an event for which the result is already known, where an obvious pricing error has occurred, or where unusual betting patterns are detected. Bets are not confirmed until a confirmation reference is displayed on screen and/or sent to the Player's registered contact.

8.2 Void Bets

A bet will be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum time required by the applicable sport rules; a pricing error is identified; or a bet is determined to have been placed after the relevant event result was known. 77bro's decision on void bets is final.

8.3 Cricket and Live Betting

For BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, live (in-play) betting markets are available during matches. Live odds are updated in real time. 77bro implements a brief delay between in-play market updates to maintain integrity. During connection interruptions, live bets already confirmed will stand; bets not confirmed before a connectivity loss are voided.

8.4 Maximum Winnings

Maximum single-bet winnings are subject to limits specified per sport and market within the betting interface. These limits are displayed on the bet slip before a bet is confirmed. 77bro is not obligated to honour winnings that exceed the displayed maximum limit.

9 Casino and Game Rules

All casino games available on the 77bro Platform — including live dealer tables (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, teen patti, andar bahar), slots, and RNG table games — are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each game operates according to the rules and return-to-player (RTP) rates published by the respective game provider.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, the affected game round will be voided and the wager returned to the Player's Wallet. 77bro is not responsible for malfunctions caused by the Player's device, browser, or internet connection. 10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77bro Platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds held within the Account:

• Opening or operating more than one Account (multi-accounting);
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic device to place bets or interact with casino games;
• Collusion with other Players to manipulate betting outcomes;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform or any game for financial gain;
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation;
• Using the Platform to launder money or process funds from unlawful activities;
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person;
• Attempting to access another Player's Account without authorisation;
• Engaging in aggressive, abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 77bro staff or other Players via any Platform communication channel;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems.

77bro cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in relation to any criminal conduct identified on the Platform. Where appropriate, 77bro will report suspected criminal activity — including money laundering and fraud — to relevant authorities without prior notice to the Account holder.

11 Responsible Gaming

77bro is committed to providing a safe gambling environment. All Players have access to the following responsible gaming tools within their Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in BDT. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Alerts: Set maximum session duration alerts. Players will receive an in-dashboard notification when their chosen time limit is reached.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Cooling-off periods take effect immediately upon confirmation.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or long-term close your Account via live chat support. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately. Players who are self-excluded must not attempt to open new Accounts; any Account opened by a self-excluded Player will be closed and its balance forfeited.

12 Intellectual Property

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of 77bro.

Game content (including game graphics, sounds, mechanics, and return-to-player calculations) remains the intellectual property of the respective game studio providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and others). Use of game content outside the 77bro Platform interface is strictly prohibited.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77bro excludes all liability for any loss, damage, or harm arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to interrupted internet connections, device failures, or browser incompatibilities;
• Losses incurred as a result of betting or gaming activity, whether within or in excess of any applicable deposit or wagering limits;
• Delays in deposit clearance or withdrawal processing due to third-party payment provider issues;
• Interruptions to Platform availability due to scheduled or emergency maintenance;
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses of any nature.

Nothing in these Terms limits 77bro's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by 77bro's own gross negligence. In all other cases, 77bro's maximum aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14 Privacy and Data Protection

77bro collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

77bro uses your personal data to operate your Account, process transactions, conduct KYC verification, deliver customer support, detect fraud and prohibited conduct, and — where you have opted in — to send promotional communications. 77bro does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

15 Dispute Resolution

15.1 Internal Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your 77bro Account, a bet outcome, a payment transaction, or the application of these Terms, you must first submit your complaint to the 77bro support team via live chat or by email to support [@] 77bro.io. Please include your Account username, a description of the issue, the relevant date and time (in BST), and any supporting evidence. 77bro will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days.

15.2 Escalation

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal resolution process, you may request that the matter be escalated to 77bro's senior disputes team. The escalated review will be completed within 10 business days. 77bro's decision following the escalated review is final and binding, subject only to any rights you may have under applicable law.

15.3 Game Outcome Disputes

In the event of a dispute regarding a specific game or bet outcome, the server-side records maintained by 77bro and/or the relevant game provider shall constitute the definitive record of all transactions and outcomes. Where a technical error is confirmed, the affected bet or game round will be voided and the stake returned to the Player's Wallet.

16 Amendments to These Terms

77bro reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where an amendment is material — meaning it substantially changes your rights or obligations as a Player — 77bro will provide a minimum of 7 days' advance notice via a prominent notice on the Platform and/or by email to your registered contact address.

For minor amendments (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision), 77bro may update the Terms without advance notice, updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of any changes.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange Account closure.

17 Suspension and Termination

77bro may suspend or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Player has provided false or misleading information at registration or during KYC;
• The Player is found to be under the age of 21;
• 77bro is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory requirement;
• The Account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months with a zero balance;
• Suspicious, fraudulent, or prohibited activity is detected on the Account.

Players may close their own Account at any time by contacting 77bro support via live chat. Where an Account is voluntarily closed in good standing (with no outstanding disputes, no active wagering requirement obligations, and no pending withdrawals), any real-money Wallet balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completed KYC verification.

In cases where an Account is closed by 77bro due to a breach of these Terms, any Wallet balance — including real-money funds and Bonus Funds — may be forfeited. 77bro will specify the reason for closure and the treatment of the Wallet balance at the time of closure notification.

18 Governing Law and Severability

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which 77bro is duly authorised to operate.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect as if the invalid provision had not formed part of these Terms.

No failure or delay by 77bro in exercising any right or remedy provided under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that or any other right or remedy, nor shall it prevent or restrict the further exercise of that or any other right or remedy.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 77bro in relation to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties relating to the same subject matter.
